I started taking these Aluminum Free Sodium Bicarbonate capsules recently and I’m really pleased with them. The capsules are a good size and easy to take with no unpleasant taste or smell at all. The quality of the ingredients is excellent with the clean aluminum-free formula. For the money I think it provides great value. Sodium bicarbonate has been used for digestive support for over a century because it helps neutralize stomach acid while modern capsule forms make it convenient for daily use without the chalky taste of powders. It has helped with my occasional indigestion and overall comfort after meals. This has become a solid part of what I reach for and I’m glad I gave it a try.

I recently started using these Aluminum Free Sodium Bicarbonate Capsules to help manage occasional sluggishness and acid balance, and I’m already impressed by the thoughtfulness of the formulation. The biggest win for me is the aluminum-free, pure nature of the bicarbonate, coupled with the delayed-release technology. Unlike mixing powder in water, these capsules bypass stomach acid efficiently, preventing that dreaded “bicarb burp” and delivering the ingredients directly where they need to go. While I haven’t been using them very long, I’ve noticed a slight, steady increase in my afternoon energy levels and less discomfort after heavy meals. If you are looking for a clean, convenient way to support your body’s pH and mineral balance without the hassle of raw baking soda, this 120-cap bottle is a solid, high-absorption choice.

I like the delayed release design, so it can bypass stomach. One important thing is don’t chew them I know most people don’t chew capsules, but just in case. Take one at a time and swallow it whole so you don’t break the delayed release shell.
Regarding the value, it’s about $25 per bottle, and each bottle has 120 capsules. If you take 1 per day, it lasts about 4 months, which is roughly $0.20 per day. So, it is not expensive.
One thing that confuses me is the instructions. On the bottle it says “take 1 capsule, one or two times with meals…” (as shown in the picture), but one of the product images says it should be taken between meals (see the second picture). So, I’m a bit confused about that. Because of this, I’d give it 4.5 stars, rounded up to 5.

These sodium bicarbonate capsules are straightforward but well‑made. I like that they’re aluminum‑free and use a delayed‑release system, which makes them much easier on the stomach compared to regular baking soda. The capsules are smooth, easy to swallow, and the bottle gives you a full 120‑count supply. They’re marketed for alkalization and pH support, and while supplements like this vary from person to person, this one feels clean and thoughtfully formulated. Simple and effective—easy way to take sodium bicarbonate without the taste of baking soda. I like the delayed-release capsules since they’re gentler on the stomach. Helps a bit with digestion and acid balance. Only downside is you have to be mindful of the sodium content if taking regularly

I’ve used standard baking soda in water for years for occasional acid relief, but the taste can be awful These capsules completely solve that problem.
The delayed-release design is the real selling point here. Because the capsule doesn’t break down immediately in your stomach, you bypass all the usual irritation and gassiness. It delivers the sodium bicarbonate right where you need it, completely hassle-free.
I also really appreciate that the formula is clean and aluminum-free. Whether you are using it to support digestion, manage your pH balance, or try to get a little extra endurance in the gym, the capsule format makes dosing so much easier and more consistent than messing around with measuring spoons.
If you want the benefits of sodium bicarbonate without the gross taste or the upset stomach, this is a fantastic!

I tested this product out when I was experiencing some unusual stomach symptoms after surgery. I had been dealing with symptoms for a week, and nothing I tried would stop them.
I encourage anyone deciding about taking a supplement like this to research the use somewhere reputable – like Web MD – and also check with your physician- there are some interactions and contra-indications for this supplement.
I was very pleased to have my symptoms relieved entirely after a whole week of being miserable. This is a great product for your toolkit at home. I was impressed with the labeling and the transparency about the product. Web MD lists the doseage of this medication on the lower end of the spectrum for this supplement, so you have room for adjustment.

I have been using this supplement for systemic pH support and it definitely performs as promised. It is a major relief to find a product that works without the mess of mixing raw baking soda into a glass of water. This blend is much more advanced than standard baking soda because it includes calcium citrate and sodium citrate for better stability. Compared to basic single ingredient options on the market, this formula provides a much more balanced approach to alkalization.
The delayed release capsules are the best part because they completely bypass the stomach. This means I do not have to deal with that uncomfortable fizzing or bloating that usually comes with powders. They are virtually tasteless and leave no salty aftertaste at all. While the capsules are slightly on the larger side, they are smooth and go down easily with water. It is a great budget friendly alternative to more expensive clinical brands while still being aluminum free and high quality.

When I ordered these sodium bicarbonate capsules, I thought that they would be exactly like baking soda, which is actually sodium bicarbonate. However, the ingredients are slightly different in these capsules. The listed ingredients are sodium, (which comes from sodium bicarbonate and sodium citrate), and calcium. According to the label on this bottle, these delayed release capsules are good for maintaining body pH, daily wellness, and metabolic function. There is no aluminum in these capsules, which pleases me greatly. The suggested use is one capsule one to two times daily with meals.
The capsules come in a white plastic bottle, which is very well secured. There is a tab over the cap, and then a cellophane seal around the cap. Under the cap is another seal. The bottle is filled almost up to the top, so there is not a lot of extra space. There are 120 capsules in this bottle. The capsules are a little over 3/4″ long, and are easy to swallow. I am going to keep these on hand for when my body pH and metabolic function seems out of whack. This seems like a good product to keep for when needed. The expiration date is March 2029, so I have several years to use these. It seems like a good addition to the medicine cabinet.

I like how convenient these capsules are compared to mixing powder. They’re easy to take and don’t have any strong taste. The delayed-release design is a nice touch because it feels gentler on the stomach.
After using them, I’ve noticed they fit well into my daily routine and are simple to incorporate. The bottle also comes with a good amount of capsules, so it lasts a while. Overall, it’s a straightforward and easy option for anyone looking to try sodium bicarbonate in capsule form.

This type of sodium bicarbonate capsule is a pretty practical option if you want the benefits of baking soda without dealing with the taste or stomach irritation that can come with powders. The delayed release design is a big plus since it helps the bicarbonate bypass the stomach and release later which can reduce that bloated or uncomfortable feeling some people get. It is commonly used for things like acid relief pH balance and even workout support since it can help buffer acidity during intense exercise. The capsules make dosing easy and a lot more convenient for daily use or occasional support. It is not something you really feel instantly but more of a subtle support depending on how you use it. The formula being aluminum free and simple is a nice bonus if you prefer cleaner supplements. Overall it is a straightforward no hassle option that works well for digestion support and general alkalinity without the mess.

A 3-month supply, or as needed, 120 capsules. These come in handy as I can just pop one in after a meal. I used to get my bicarbonate of soda in Alka-Seltzer and other generic brands mixed with water. Works pretty well, not as fast as the other alkaline, but not bad at all. Broken down it would be about 21 cents a cap. Great for travel.
